2. Reworking of parts (Rework)

  • repair of defective or incomplete parts according to specification
  • modification (shortening, grinding, cleaning, repacking, marking)
  • re-measuring, replacing defective parts

3. Simple product modifications

  • completion with packaging (packing, gluing, shrink-wrapping/vacuuming)
  • labelling, coding, tags
  • completeness check

4. Assembly of electro-mechanical units

  • e.g. cable harnesses, LED modules, plastic housings
  • functionality testing according to specification

5. Finalisation of products before dispatch

  • inspection, sorting, completion, assembling final packages
